Haney’s art aims to provide a dreamlike sensation that feels soft and luscious. Her earlier pieces revolve around the immutable nature of sex and bunnies. Through the use of nudes, ice cream, and bunnies, her canvas served as a portal to the tabooed musings of a young Korean woman not exposed to sex.
Nowadays, she incorporates these symbols to create new narratives in fantasy spaces.
